Many industrial processes produce unavoidable waste gases that are toxic and must therefore not be released into the environment. The Federal Immission Control Ordinance (Bundesimmissionsschutzverordnung) regulates by means of specified limit values how high the pollution of the exhaust air that is released into the environment may be. In order to comply with these limits and to work in an ecologically responsible manner, gas scrubbers are used. They reliably absorb all substances of concern from the exhaust air.

The planning of such plants requires close cooperation with the responsible authorities. You can rely on our many years of experience and expertise. We support you in communicating with the relevant authorities and prepare the necessary documents together with you. In addition, we can also advise you on planning and carry out on-site technical acceptance or flue gas measurements during operation.

Control cabinet and control system

Exhaust gas cleaning systems are complex systems for cleaning exhaust air, which remove certain undesirable substances from the carrier medium. Based on the concept of absorption, these wash the pollutants out of the air. To make this process as efficient as possible, a biological purification stage is often installed, which requires precise temperature control.

This temperature control of the system requires an optimal understanding of the process, as well as precise control. Thanks to the wide-ranging expertise of our staff, the specially programmed control systems can be used to stay well below the legal limits and significantly reduce emissions.

Components

The components used in the exhaust gas purification systems are largely prefabricated in the company's own factory and finally assembled on site. The prefabrication of the individual scrubber components, as well as the prefabrication of pump skids, enables very rapid installation, resulting in extremely short production downtimes.
